The mother tree to our adriatic figs is over 100 years old, and sits on a former fig orchard.  The owner fondly remembers the tree having been around for generations of his family.  A green skinned medium to large sized fig with bright red interior, and jammy strawberry flavor.  Great all around, but makes some of the best jams or is equally good dehydrated.
