TFH 491, also known as Sweet Tart, is a stunning dark-skinned fig with a vibrant magenta interior. Its flavor profile is a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, making it a delightful treat for your taste buds. This fig tree was thought to be lost after being cut down by the county ,and then transient population for firewood, but it has finally grown back enough to share once again. Sweet Tart figs make some of the brightest colored jams, and they are a must-have for any fruit enthusiast's garden or orchard.

All cuttings are 6 inches or longer, with 3 or more nodes. All cuttings will be freshly sealed at time of shipping. This was one of our earlier finds, but never released for sale. For the sake of transparency, we cannot yet confirm if it is common. Cuttings have been sent out of the area for growing and confirmation.
