TFH-340, Hilt's Honey Blend, was previously released as a giveaway, in honor of fig family member Austin Hilt.  His girlfriend reached out to us for his birthday, and requested a fig to be named in his honor.  We like the idea and went through our unnamed finds.  This one was in season with fresh figs right when the request was made, so it seemed serendipitous.
 
Just as its name suggests, TFH-340 has a honey-berry flavor, that is jammy and sweet, with very light seed crunch.  The skin is thin, but firm, providing a nice pop when biting into the fig.
