Rudolph & Sletten are sister figs, found adjacent to a large industrial building that was built by the company of the same name. As you can see, one is green and one is purple, but they share a similar flavor profile. These are perfect jam varieties, with their tart berry flavoring and mild seed crunch. The skins are thin but firm, without being chewy. These figs simmer down to a beautiful mixed berry, and just their natural sugars are enough.
The single cutting variant is for one of each variety, the two cutting variant is for two of each variety.
